Service Satisfaction

Your experience and results matter deeply to me. Because hair services are customized and artistic in nature, all services are non-refundable.  If you feel your result needs a small adjustment, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment so we can schedule a complimentary refinement if appropriate.  Adjustments are offered when the original consultation plan was followed and the hair has been properly cared for at home.

Color Services

Hair color results can vary based on:
•previous color history
•hair integrity
•medications or health changes
•mineral buildup or environmental factorsI consistently review hair health and set realistic expectations with you during your consultation to achieve the best outcome. 


Because of these variables, color services are not eligible for refunds. If a tonal adjustment is needed, please contact me within 7 days so we can evaluate and refine the result if necessary.

Extension Services

Extensions are a highly customized service requiring significant preparation time, ordering of hair, and installation. 
For this reason:
•Once the hair has been purchased (24-48 hours after retainer has been paid), the service retainer is non-refundable.
•Extension services are non-refundable

Clients are responsible for:
•following the recommended maintenance schedule
•using professional products
•proper daily careImproper maintenance, excessive heat, product buildup, or missed move-up appointments may affect the longevity of extensions and are outside of service guarantees.

If there is a concern, please reach out within 7 days so we can assess and adjust if needed.

Hair Loss & Hair Density Services

Hair loss and thinning hair services require a thoughtful, individualized approach and results may vary depending on scalp health, underlying causes, and home care.  My goal is to provide a supportive, judgment-free space while working toward the best possible outcome for your hair.  Due to the personalized nature of these services and products used, hair loss and density services are non-refundable.  If you have any concerns following your appointment, please contact me within 7 days so we can discuss next steps.

Product Purchases

Retail products may be exchanged within 14 days if they are not the right fit for your hair. If additional care is needed and you require a product refresh lesson, I will be happy to schedule an appointment for a quick lesson.

Private Suite Experience

Appointments take place in a private studio suite designed to provide a calm, comfortable environment and one-on-one attention.
Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling if necessary.

Respecting Your Appointment Time

A significant amount of time, preparation, and materials go into every service. Out of respect for both my schedule and other clients, I kindly ask that all policy guidelines be honored.

Illness & Emergencies


Your health and well-being, as well as mine, are incredibly important.  If you are feeling unwell, experiencing symptoms of illness, or have recently been exposed to something contagious, I kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment so we can ensure a healthy and comfortable environment for everyone.
As a sole practitioner, the same care applies on my end. If I become ill, I may need to reschedule appointments as well. If this ever happens, I will communicate with you as soon as possible and work to find a new time that accommodates your schedule. Life happens, and sometimes unexpected emergencies arise. If you experience an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, please reach out as soon as you can. I always do my best to be understanding and accommodating when genuine situations occur.

Cancellation & No-Show

Rescheduling

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because of this, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% service fee.

No-Shows
Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 75% of the scheduled service.

Late Arrivals
If you are over 15 minutes late, your appointment might be shortened or rescheduled to accommodate the next client.  Late arrivals that require rescheduling will be treated as a late cancellation

Card on File
A valid card is required to reserve your appointment. Cancellation or no-show fees will be charged to the card on file if the policy is not honored. 

Future Booking
Clients who repeatedly cancel late or miss appointments may be required to prepay for future services in order to book.  Thank you for respecting the time and care that goes into preparing each appointment.  Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you and cannot be filled on short notice.

Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. Because of the time, preparation, and materials required for each service, I ask that you please respect the following policies.

Reservation Fees
Some services may require a reservation fee to secure your appointment. This fee will be applied toward your service total at checkout.  Reservation fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new appointment if at least 48 hours’ notice is provided.

Results & Expectations

Every service is customized based on your hair history, hair health, and long-term goals.
Because of this, results can vary from person to person. 

During your consultation we will discuss:
your hair history
•current hair health
•realistic outcomes
•the number of appointments that may be required to achieve your desired result


My priority is always to protect the integrity of your hair while creating the most beautiful result possible.  In some cases, achieving your goal may require multiple sessions, especially when transitioning from darker colors, correcting previous work, or addressing hair loss and thinning concerns. 

By booking your appointment, you acknowledge that:
•hair services are a collaborative process
•results may vary depending on hair condition and history
•significant transformations may require multiple visits


For this reason, all services are non-refundable. If you have any concerns with your result, please reach out within 7 days so we can evaluate and adjust if appropriate. Photos shown during consultations are used for inspiration and reference. Exact results may vary depending on your hair’s starting point, previous services, and overall hair health.

Photo & Video

Part of the experience in the studio may include capturing photos or video of your hair for creative and educational purposes. This allows me to share my work and inspire future clients.

I understand that not everyone is comfortable being on camera. There are many ways to capture the beauty of your hair without including your face or identifying features, and I am always happy to accommodate your preference.
