I’m so looking forward to welcoming you into my chair. My intention is for you to feel relaxed, confident, and completely at ease before you even arrive. A seamless experience begins with knowing exactly what to expect.
You should have received a booking confirmation for your reserved time. If you haven’t yet completed your pre-consultation form, please do so prior to your appointment. This allows us to align on your goals, preferences, and inspiration ahead of time, ensuring your in-person consultation is focused and intentional. The form takes approximately 5–10 minutes to complete and includes space for inspiration photos.

 Your Appointment Experience

My private salon suite offers limited seating, so I kindly ask that you arrive right on time. If you arrive early, you’re welcome to explore Donaldson’s Crossroads in McMurray, PA, located directly above Sola Salon Studios, with shops and cafés including Press'd or Blend’d and TJ Maxx.

Sola Salon Studios provides convenient front-of-building parking, including handicapped-accessible spaces.

Upon arrival, I’ll meet you in the entry corridor and personally escort you to my studio.

You’ll be offered a selection of curated refreshments including coffee, tea, handcrafted mocktails, juice, and light snacks. If you prefer something more substantial, DoorDash is always available.
 

                         

Consultation & Service

Your appointment begins with a 20-minute in-depth consultation, where we’ll review your pre-consult form and refine your vision. From there, we’ll discuss investment, maintenance expectations, and I’ll create a personalized 12-month maintenance plan designed to support your goals and lifestyle. This provides clarity, consistency, and a long-term plan with flexibility as your needs evolve.
I use organic, clean products that are gentle on the hair, scalp, and senses to perform my services. So if you do have any allergies or sensitivities please let me know.  To help you unwind and fully settle into your service, warm towels and protective styling gowns are provided for your comfort.

Once your final look is complete, I’ll capture photos and short videos. My work is transformative, and I want you to see and feel the difference. Professionally edited images will be delivered within 48 hours.

After Your Visit

Before you leave, I recommend reserving your next appointment to ensure continuity in your hair journey.
If plans change, online booking allows you to modify your reservation at any time.
